Artist and music rights
The music content is not stored in The Gift/La Folie Records servers, but can be downloaded/purchased through the website www.shop.thegift.pt and also includes material from other streaming platforms such as Youtube, Spotify, Soundcloud and Apple Music.
The content on these platforms is of the responsibility of these platforms’ terms of service.
The Gift/La Folie Records reserves the right to address violations by updating / removing the link to that content from our service.

The Gift/La Folie Records collects different types of information. The information collected is required to provide the service.
