Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc. Never in a post office box).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times are between:

• 3 to 6 working days for national shipments;
• 5 and 10 working days for shipments to Europe;
• between 20 and 30 working days outside Europe, depending on the destination country.

Do I have to pay anything for requesting an exchange?

Yes, postage. (for sending the product to be exchanged and for sending it back)

What is the deadline for making an exchange?

Exchanges must be made within a maximum of 1 month from the date of the email confirming the shipment.
www.thegift.pt reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as those received.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, as long as they are in perfect condition.

Can I return an item?

Items purchased can only be exchanged, they cannot be returned.
